• The quality or availability of marina facilities
• Disputes between users and marina operators
• Cancellations or refunds (subject to individual marina policies)
• Damage to vessels or property

6. Marina Listings

Marina operators who list their properties on our platform are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information about their facilities
• Honoring bookings made through our platform
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining their facilities in safe and operational condition

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SeasonalSlips, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SeasonalSlips or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
